Raduga 2

Raduga 2 was an autonomous secondary radar operating in the lower L-band and the UHF band. It used both the Russian national standard (УВД) and the Western European standard Mark X (RBS) for interrogation.

Raduga 2 was developed in the early 1990s in cooperation with Siemens. As it does not support Mode S, it was replaced by the MSSR Krona.
