GMWR-400/1000-SST
GMWR-400/1000-SST (GAMIC Multipurpose Weather Radar - 400 or 1000 Watt - Solid State Transmitter) is operating in the X-band entirely solid state dual polarization weather radar using intrapulse modulation.
The symmetrical parabolic antenna is fed by a radiator with a subreflector with a so-called splash plate. Distortions of the polarization caused by the antenna are avoided due to its special design.
